Terms and conditions

Last updated 20 October 2026

The rules for ordering prints from Voxprints and using this website, in plain English.

About these terms

Voxprints is a small 3D printing business in Australia, founded by Joshua Paterson and co-owned with James Webley ("we", "us"). These terms cover using voxprints.com and ordering prints from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Questions? Email josh@voxprints.com or message us from your order page.

Accounts

You can order without an account. If you create one (with Google or an email code), please use your real name, keep access to your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

Store credit and promo codes

Pickup and hand delivery

We'll message you through your order page when your print is ready, and arrange a time to collect it or have it dropped off. If a finished order isn't collected within 60 days of us letting you know it's ready, and we can't reach you after reasonable attempts, we may recycle it.

About 3D printed parts

3D printing builds parts in layers, so prints normally show fine layer lines, small marks where supports were removed, and slight variations in colour, size and finish from the preview or photos. These are normal, not faults. If exact sizes or finishes matter, tell us when you order.

Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, prints aren't made or tested for:

Cancellations, refunds and your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If something's wrong with your print, message us from your order page or email us. We'll work out the right fix with you: a reprint, repair or refund.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, and to the extent it does, our total liability for an order is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding what you paid for them. We aren't responsible for loss caused by prints being used in a way we've said they aren't suitable for.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the site. That means: don't try to break into it or other people's orders, don't upload malware, don't send abusive messages, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts or decline orders where that happens. We try to keep the site working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Casino games

The casino games on our games page use play chips only. Chips can be swapped for Vox points (and Dune coins turned into Vox points) inside the site, but chips, coins and points have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for anything else. Vox points reset to 0 every Sunday at midnight Sydney time. To keep the leaderboard fair:

Automatic lockouts. The casino games detect common cheats, like bookmarklets clicking for you, rigged random numbers, edited chips and injected scripts. Each time one is caught you're locked out of the casino: 5 minutes for a first offence, 10 minutes for a second, and an hour for every one after that.

Breaking these rules is bannable. A banned account can't play, chat or appear on the leaderboard, and its chips and debt are reset. We may also remove or reset scores we believe were cheated, with or without a ban. If you think you were banned by mistake, email us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it's posted, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
